Breast Revision
Breast revision surgery is a complex artwork that can involve removal of implants and replacement of implants. It can also include removing the scar tissue capsule and the breast implant all at once without opening the capsule. This is called an en bloc capsule excision. You may also want to remove all or part of the capsule from your breast and replace your implant. This procedure is called a capsulotomy. A capsulectomy can also be performed which removes abnormal thick and hardened tissue that forms around breast implants. Lasty, there are soft tissue revisions including reduction, lift (mastopexy), or using your own fat tissue for fat grafting.
